SHIPPING POLICY

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping charges are able to be selected when checking out - we charge a flat rate of $9 for standard delivery or $13 express delivery Australia wide. Once payment has been made you will immediately receive an email or SMS confirming your order. Once we have processed and finalized your order you will receive a second message with shipping confirmation and tracking details. 

We work to a 2 week turnaround time (prior to shipping). Some things may ship faster than this, but please bear this time frame in mind when making your order. 

Take care to ensure shipping details are entered correctly. We can not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout.

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping and recommend checking their current processing times if you need your order within a certain time frame - we are unfortunately unable to guarantee the exact timeframe for delivery once your order is with Australia Post.  

If your tracking is not updating, or your order has been marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information. If they are unable to help you, we can attempt to reach out on your behalf but please note this that process can take 2-7 business days. We are not responsible for items once they have been confirmed delivered by the tracking number.

Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon it's arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge $25 shipping for all international orders. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and we recommend checking with the related authority in your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive your items. 

Your order will be shipped within our 2 week processing time but we are unable to guarantee a timeframe for delivery once it has been shipped. We recommend checking the current expected delivery timeframe for your country through the Australia Post website prior to placing your order. 

The customs duties are different for each country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
